I stopped in just to "look" at what new Audi had to offer, fully intending to visit several other brands before making a final decision. I was interested in purchasing a new A6 (which they didn't have in stock) and Dan worked out a test drive in one that was only one model year earlier. The purchase experience was very smooth, and I felt I was treated quite fairly. I was most impressed with the communication that followed. Every question I asked was promptly answered, and when the vehicle arrived (shipped from another dealer) Dan was on the phone with me as they were offloading it from the car hauler. We had a few "snags" with getting the car back from the tint shop on the day of delivery, but throughout the whole process Dan was VERY proactive in communicating exactly what the status was. Overall a great buying experience, and it goes without saying, I'm very happy with my new car. More
