I have purchased numerous cars including Audi's from other dealership's and I must say that George and his team at Crown are top-notch! After the deal closed, Georges follow-up extended to include new brakes and rotors per the CPO program guidelines. Even though these items were on the cusp of replacement, Pat Woodford made the call to replace all 4, while I was waiting for our Q7 to be certified and detailed. Other dealerships might have taken advantage of this grey area, but not Mr. Woodford as he adheres to the strict guidelines of Audi's premier CPO program. Joel started off the process of thoroughly explaining the Audi brand and took the time to answer my questions. I had been looking for the Audi S5 for the last six months and had become a little frustrated. One evening I saw a vehicle that matched what I wanted on the internet. I responded that evening of my i months and had become a little frustrated. One evening I saw a vehicle that matched what I wanted on the internet. I responded that evening of my interest and within 15 minutes got a response indicating someone would be in contact with me the next day. The following day, just like promised, I got a call from Ryan Sanders at Crown Audi. He was very professional and informative on the questions I had about the vehicle. He also provided insights to me to be aware of when making a decision about my car choice. I was somewhat skeptical about negotiating over the net on a vehicle of this value. But the process was went great. During the process, Ryan always kept up with me and also allowed distance (no pressure) for me to make the decision. I really liked that. Because of the work he did, a good price was obtained. I flew down on Friday afternoon and he picked me up at the airport with the car. He was very knowledgable about the car and was very good at explaining the details. The finance manager, Paul Lundy, was also excellent in the process. I would highly recommend this company and Ryan for your next car purchase. Since the purchase, Ryan has been in contact with me to see if I got home safe with no tickets (I live in Tennessee) and to answer my questions. Dan Rasoi at Crown Audi was professional and attentive, as expected. My previous car caught on fire, and to be honest I wasn't planning on buying my replacement vehicle in the Tampa Bay area because most as expected. As I was searching online, trying to find my next car, there it was..... a very well priced A6 4.2 S-Line in beautiful shape, which, to my surprise was right here in Clearwater at Crown Audi. I called and spoke with Dan who had the car ready for a test drive when I got there. He even thought to have it running with the A/C on high so it was nice cool in the cabin. Within an Hour I was signing the papers, not feeling I got a fair deal......... FEELING I GOT AN AWESOME DEAL!!!!! DAN GOT ME THE OUT THE DOOR PRICE I WANTED, AND HE DID IT WITHOUT PLAYING GAMES!!! I love my Audi and will not have to think twice about where I go for my next vehicle....... It WILL be Crown! More
