In the 32 years I have owned cars there has never been a time really when I would have said I enjoyed going to a car dealership, but that was before I dealt with Crown Audi. In every aspect of my dealings, whether that is for maintenance schedules (which are pleasingly few and far between which is one of the reasons I chose Audi) or buying a new car, the employees at Crown Audi have managed to create that perfect blend between friendliness and professionalism that makes the difference between good customer service and great customer service. Both Mandy Walters in the Service Department and Curt Kelly in Sales are a pleasure to work with and have kept me coming back to Crown Audi for what is now my third new Audi. I have worked in the services industry for 30 years so have high expectations when it comes to customer service, and I also don't give out praise lightly, so full marks to Audi for making the grade, consistently! More

Great customer service was received from this dealership. Curt did a fantastic job in assisting us with our new Q7 purchase from start to finish all in one day. Being a current and prev. audi owner he still Curt did a fantastic job in assisting us with our new Q7 purchase from start to finish all in one day. Being a current and prev. audi owner he still insisted I spend time with him after the sale to go over the features of the car and I learned new things, so thanks for being persisent. Curt even offered and has since followed up to assist me with in learning more about my A8 which was purchased previously at a different dealership.
