We were able to work out the price and financing that worked for our budget all via email with very quick response times. When we arrived at the dealership there were ZERO problems. We test drove the car and signed the paperwork and away we went. They gave us the price and financing we requested with NO HAGGLING or hassle at all. We were in and out in under an hour and half (it would have been shorter but there were some minor computer delays, which was no one’s fault). George was especially helpful and knowledgeable about the make and model we purchased, even though it was not an Audi. Overall I would definitely recommend Crown Audi to anyone looking for an easy car buying experience with excellent customer service. More

I'm not a fan of going to a dealership where I know more about the car than the sales person that accosted me at the door; not the case here! I special ordered my 2nd Q5, so had to wait for it to come over from Germany which seemed like an eternity. It wasn’t, but I’m a very impatient person; and George was always there to answer my many questions/texts. Kept me updated every step of the way. Financing was a breeze – he had everything ready when we came to pick up the car. Even rec’d a few “extras” while I was there. The whole experience (twice now) was a pleasure. How often can you say that about a car purchase?! Call George – courteous, professional, knowledgeable, trustworthy - you won’t be disappointed. More
