From the moment my wife and I entered the dealership and was greeted by the Sales Manager, Jeremy Greenway, to the professional and welcoming Curt Kel From the moment my wife and I entered the dealership and was greeted by the Sales Manager, Jeremy Greenway, to the professional and welcoming Curt Kelly, the experience at Crown Audi was the best experience in test driving and selecting a new car in my 40+ years of driving. Curt exudes the Audi "experience", one that is helpful, and personable, but not overbearing. He encouraged us to test drive several models of the A6 and his product knowledge when coupled with the service to the Audi customer was exceptional. Curt spent as much time with us (almost the whole day!) in getting our questions answered and oriented to the new purchase. There was never any distraction or loss of focus on us the customer as he was always present in the moment. The General Manager, David Jacovides, took time to speak to us before we left and he seemed to be genuinely interested about our experience and he solicited any feedback we may have about the day in his dealership. I look forward to an ongoing relationship with Crown Audi Clearwater and the staff as we enjoy our new Audi A6. More
