The treatment and customer service of Crown Audi is par-none with anyone we interacted with. I went as far as Melbourne, Jacksonville, and Orlando, and I had these guys just a few miles from my house all along. James was my salesman, and he is very knowledgeable and great to work with. His "let me educate you on the car and the brand" approach really hit home for us, because he wasn't looking to put down other brands, and rather focused on what good things Audi had in comparison to others. When it came time to negotiate, it was the simplest process ever. Great all around team, I would definitely buy again from them! More

DO NOT BUY A USED CAR FROM CROWN!!!!! I purchased a pre-owned one owner Audi A6 from crown in April 2013 with 76,856 miles & clean Carfax and have had nothing but problems ever since. Fir I purchased a pre-owned one owner Audi A6 from crown in April 2013 with 76,856 miles & clean Carfax and have had nothing but problems ever since. First of all they like to pass their cars off as "Certified" when in fact "Certified" to them means the car comes with Crown's "Confidence Plan" which covers absolutely nothing from what I have experienced so far. Pre-owned vehicles that come with Crowns Confidence Plan, according to the Crowns & website & sales staff, undergo a " 101 Point Rigorous Inspection and Meticulously Reconditioned". This is COMPLETELY FALSE!!! If the car I purchased underwent ANY type of inspection or "meticulous reconditioning", I would not have had to make over $7k+ in repairs (so far). 1st problem (temp. tag still on the car mind you) was the roof was leaking when it rained. Service said this was due to clogged roof gutters and fixed the problem, for the most part. I now have a headliner that is sagging in the area that was soaked by water, that I'm on my own to fix. But that's small potato's compared to everything else. I was told the car had new brakes and tires when I bought it, which it did not. I had to have new brakes put on all around within the first few months of ownership. I got a flat tire and when I went to change it discovered not only was the tool kit missing, but the spare had a huge hole in it and was useless (safety inspection, huh?). Then shortly later I get a coolant light, then a oil light (bad sensor), then a check engine light (which the dealer has charged me thousands to supposedly fix, yet its still on and every time I bring it into them they say its caused by some new problem). All in all, I have had to replace brakes, tires, the coolant tank, gaskets, the radiator, the windshield washer fluid reservoir, drive axel, control arms, intake runner motor, and battery. Oh, forgot about the smoke coming from the engine due to a major oil leak. Yet as I write this review, AFTER SPENDING ANOTHER $684 12/16/14 TO FIX THE (check engine light) PROBLEM, my car is sitting outside, with check engine light still on, and has gone from puttering along (due to cylinder misfire per dealer), to not running at all!!!! I seriously wonder if they go every morning to a temp. agency and grab whoever to work as service techs because I find it impossible to believe the mechanics certified by Audi could still not get it right after being given so many chances. Now I would expect to have these problems had I bought the car from Bubbas local buy here pay here lot (fictional dealer) but not when buying a used Audi from a Audi dealership. Their only saving grace, and the reason I haven't posted this review sooner, has been my service adviser, Mandy Walters, who is understanding and a pleasure to deal with. But there comes a time when enough is enough and Crown is being fraudulent and false in their advertising and sales of their used cars. Let me assure you, I'm not the complaining type and am one of the most understanding people you will meet. This A6 is the 1st Audi I have owned, the 3rd used car I have ever purchased ('07 Jag xk bought sight unseen in 2007 online from E-carlink in Texas & a '05 Mercedes CLK500 bought from Bayshore Automotive here in Tampa in 2009, both of which had ZERO PROBLEMS & WERE PERFECT CARS) , and the 16th vehicle I have owned in my 34 years of life. I think Audi USA should seriously consider pulling their franchise from Crowns lineup or at the very least investigate the sales & service practices of Crown Audi. More
Excellent service for my Q7 I took my 7 year old Q7 to Crown Audi to have several issues taken care of, issues that I noticed on a drive from Michigan to sunny Florida. The issu I took my 7 year old Q7 to Crown Audi to have several issues taken care of, issues that I noticed on a drive from Michigan to sunny Florida. The issues included a leaking power steering system, a malfunctioning cruise control, a starting key stuck in the ignition as a result of a fault in the transmission park micro switch pack and a TPMS light which stayed on despite me resetting the tire pressure monitoring controls. My Service Advisor, Antoine Borgella, went to great lengths to explain to me what the various repairs entailed and called me several times during the job to update me on the progress being made. Overall, I was delighted with the professional attention I received from Antoine and am glad to confirm that the repairs were carried out to my utmost satisfaction. Full marks to Antoine and his team ! More

Extremely efficient car buying I scheduled a test drive of a Q5 for a Saturday and was contacted right away by Dan who secured and prepped the car for my visit. Upon arriving my wif I scheduled a test drive of a Q5 for a Saturday and was contacted right away by Dan who secured and prepped the car for my visit. Upon arriving my wife decided last minute on an interior color change. Dan quickly located another Q5 to my wife's liking. During the test drive, Dan by far exceeded my expectations of a salesman with his in depth knowledge of the Audi product and all of it's features. Also I've never seen this before, but Audi was able to renew my vehicle tag and print out a new registration with 2016 decal all during the purchase process. My visit and my new Q5 continue to exceed my expectations. Way to go Dan Rasoi! More
