I was absolutely not planning on buying car when I got there, Dan treated more like a friend than a sales guy. He gave me honest suggestions and recomedations and made sure that I was getting the best possible deal. Excellent. customer service I had a pretty major ( for me anyway) and the customer service was exceptional. The person who handled my service was with w as Antoine Bargella and I had a pretty major ( for me anyway) and the customer service was exceptional. The person who handled my service was with w as Antoine Bargella and e called me once a day to give me the update on my service. They had to order multiple parts so it took a week to finish my car. Oil Change Took my 2002 Audi TT convertible in for an issue with the wind deflector for the convertible top and an oil change. I bought this car, brand new from Took my 2002 Audi TT convertible in for an issue with the wind deflector for the convertible top and an oil change. I bought this car, brand new from Karl @ Crown in St. Pete in July of 2002, and have only had it serviced by Crown since the purchase. Given the car only has 64,000 miles and is in Excellent condition, I am always pleased that the service department, under Todd"s watchful eye, is always ready to assist and make suggestions. Because of the nature of the service, I was given a new car for my use, until mine could be completed. Shaun Mathena assisted me and kept me informed of the progress. He apologized for the delay in the parts, etc., but lived true on his promise to deliver the car to me when the work was completed. I know that I could go elsewhere and have the work done for much less money, but I believe in the integrity of Crown Audi, and believe they would correct any wrongs, should they arise. Jane Cook More
