I was considering a pre-owned vehicle, however he showed us even a better option which was a brand new Audi. I received a great deal on my trade-in vehicle and on a new one. Couldn’t even dream of it! I live in Miami and the whole process was on a long distance. Vilius was very responsive via the phone and text messages during the day that made it easy to figure out a lot of things remotely before I come and pick up the car. Audi should be proud of such a caring Brand Specialists like him. Great customer service and expertise! Thank you Audi for having such a professional on your team.
