Incredible visit! I drove all the way from Raleigh to Charlotte to look at a vehicle at another dealership. When I got there they explained to me that it had already b I drove all the way from Raleigh to Charlotte to look at a vehicle at another dealership. When I got there they explained to me that it had already been sold. As you can imagine, I wasn't pleased. So I drove around and found Audi of Charlotte. When I got out of the car Natalya greeted me. I explained to her what happened and she promised to take care of me. I gave her the specs of what I wanted and she said she might have something for me. After a quick test drive and 30 minute take, I was signing on the dotted line! Wow! She was very processional and did a unreal job! Can't thank her enough for taking care of me and leaving with a 2016 Audi A4!!!! More
