I had a wonderful experience working with Mrs. Vineta at Audi Charlotte. From the moment we arrived, she took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for, coordinated the appraisal of my Vineta at Audi Charlotte. From the moment we arrived, she took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for, coordinated the appraisal of my trade-in, worked through the details of my deal, and accompanied me on my initial test drive. What stood out most was that if I asked something she didn’t immediately have the answer to, she never guessed or brushed it off she made sure to find someone who could give me the correct information. Mrs. Vineta also continued to be helpful after the sale. When I had an issue with the start/stop feature on my new Audi, she stayed involved and ultimately helped find a resolution. I really appreciated her responsiveness, professionalism, and willingness to make sure I was taken care of throughout the entire experience. I would absolutely recommend asking for Mrs.Vineta if you’re shopping at Audi Charlotte. More
