Audi Charlotte responded

This is exactly how a luxury dealership purchase experience should be, Mike! Thank you so very much for the 5 star rating and extremely kind words about your interactions with Tyler, Peppi & our team. I will be sure to congratulate all involved for a job well done and hope you enjoy your new car. Please let me know if I can ever be of assistance in the future & welcome to our Audi Charlotte Family! Sincerely, Jeff Simmons General Manager
