I had been interested in switching from BMW to Audi over the last couple of years due to the change in the”Audi look”. I had just moved to the Charlotte area from Wilmington 3 years ago and no longer could use the same dealership that I had used for the past 30 years. My husband and I had come into the Audi Charlotte dealership several weeks ago shopping for a new and different car. Rich introduced himself to us and had been so informative and helpful that I had called him to set up another appointment for yesterday. After our first meeting, Rich had a good idea of what I may be looking for. He arranged for a test drive and in minutes sold me on my new car. I have never purchased a car in record time! More
