Yesterday I made the decision to move forward with the possible purchase of a 2018 S4 after my A4 was serviced with Mark Price. Mark introduced me to Greg Butler, and the process was very straightforward. I'd done my research, knew what I wanted and what I was willing to pay, and after driving the car Greg and I were able to have a simple conversation and come to terms within minutes. Greg was knowledgeable, and a very easy person to work with. He delivered on everything he said he would, and even went above and beyond as I was with Marcus in Finance to help me move things from my trade-in that I'd neglected to clear earlier. Lastly, he introduced me to Patrick Hayden who is a fellow S4 driver and it was an extra bonus to be able to talk to him about his experience with the car. Marcus was also a pleasure to work with. He patiently explained my options around financing and maintenance/warranty, and we were able to come to an agreement in a simple fashion. Lastly, Audi of Charlotte's service group is a major reason I bought a new Audi. Mark is always a pleasure to work with when my car is being serviced, and now I can thank him further for introducing me to Greg to make my buying experience a pleasure. More

There were not any Moonlight Blue Metallic A6's with the 3.0 engine in the general v I worked with Ernesto to find a pre-owned A6 in a specific color. There were not any Moonlight Blue Metallic A6's with the 3.0 engine in the general vicinity. My wife and I stopped by one day to test drive an A6 with the 2.0 engine. It was not what I wanted. Ernesto checked on the availability of one their loaner cars that were the colors we wanted. He said there was a 2018 with the exact colors we wanted. We came back 2 days later to test the vehicle.and purchased it that day. Ernesto was very helpful throughout the entire purchase process. No high pressure sales tactics. With Ernesto's help were able to negotiate a deal that we were comfortable with. My wife also commented that Ernesto was very cordial and had a nice demeanor. We would both highly recommend Ernesto if you are interested in purchasing an Audi. More
