Spectacular Service! I got a flat tire first thing this morning, Friday, February 2nd. While waiting for Audi Roadside Assistance, I called Audi of Charlotte and they got I got a flat tire first thing this morning, Friday, February 2nd. While waiting for Audi Roadside Assistance, I called Audi of Charlotte and they got me on the schedule to check out the flat tire and see what needed to be done. Bill Atkins was my Service Consultant and he got me all squared away. There were staples in the tire and it needed to be replaced. While that was being taken care of, I asked whether they could also buff out the white paint transfers I had gotten on both sides of the front of the car from pulling in and out of my garage. Boom - handled and at no charge! While I did not buy my car at this dealership, I would definitely purchase my next Audi there. More

2013 Audi S4 Joel and the rest of the dealership staff was great. The car was purchased late on a slow night for the dealership. Since it had just been traded in Joel and the rest of the dealership staff was great. The car was purchased late on a slow night for the dealership. Since it had just been traded in, it had not been cleaned and had an error light on the dash. We made a deal for the car and agreed that I would pick it up 2 days later. To their credit, the car was detailed to look like new and the error was corrected with no drama. I arrived at the dealership and the car was waiting, paperwork was ready to review and I was on my way in about an hour. Great experience and I would recommend to anyone. More

Thank you Audi for launching the S5 sportback; performance, luxury, stunning looks, technology all wrapped up in a family friendly (4 door) package. I met Richard Gouhin a couple of months ago and appreciated is informative approach to sales. At the time I was not an active buyer; however, he spent over an hour sitting in the car and explaining the features the S5 sportback offered. When the time came to purchase I looked at dealers within 500 miles of Charlotte. I had a very competitive offer from a dealer within a four hour drive.
