I spoke with a service manager on a previous visit, and he was honest in telling me they knew there was a problem. Today, I took my Audi in for a recall and was amazed at the difference. Mark Price met me in the bay as I drove in, knew who I was and took control of the matter. He was friendly and well versed in exactly what was to be done. He told me the estimated time if would take to accomplish everything and actually delivered the car ahead of schedule. I had begun taking my cars elsewhere, but based upon this service will try them again. More
