We have spoken during this past year, but have had limited interaction. Last week I took my Audi into the dealership for its annual service (10,000 mi). It was Richard's day off and he had golf plans. Nevertheless, he changed his personal plans to meet me when I arrived. We spent some time discussing the Audi, golf and life in general. They had a car that I wanted and the negotiated price was fair in my opinion after shopping around for a few months. When I received the car, it was clean and the gas tank was full. Very professional. Dealt with Marcus for financing/payment. No issues. Only thing is I believe they are busy, so I had to call them instead of waiting for them to call me few times. But it was not a big deal to me. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend Walter/Marcus and the Audi of Charlotte. More

I ended working with Rich Gouhin for my purchase, between him and the sale manager, Joe, they came up with a more than fair offer on my trade, got me the car I wanted from out-of-state, as these are a hot car to get. The communication with these guys was amazing, from the time they found my car until I took delivery of it. The day I picked it up was completely seamless and I was on my way.
