His knowledge of the car that we ended up buying, a Q5, was evident from the first. He quickly sat with us in the showroom car and gave us the bigger picture. He honed into what we cared about, showed interest in our concerns and experiences, and talked to us about our price range without any unnecessary questions, We took a great test drive where he began to unfold all of the features of the car. He was polite, interested and went beyond our expectations for the time we took to take it all in. He was pleasant and accepting when we left to look at another brand of car to compare. Richard is a wonderful salesperson and person. He used personal experiences to help us understand how much we would love the car. Richard Gouhin was my salesperson and he made the experience a pleasure. (buying/leasing a car isn't my favorite thing to do). "Waste of MY time" I had gone in to buy a car for my mother as a surprise birthday gift and asked to speak with a sales representative. After waiting for a couple minute I had gone in to buy a car for my mother as a surprise birthday gift and asked to speak with a sales representative. After waiting for a couple minutes, Patrick Montoya introduced himself to me and we began to discuss details on leasing a new Audi. After calculating some numbers and seeing some pictures online, I had asked if it were possible to view the car in person since nobody makes such a large purchase without seeing the product beforehand. He immediately shut down my request by making an ill-mannered response, stating "I don't feel like going outside, it's too nasty out there" unnecessarily adding that he was for sure not going to go on a test drive since the roads were wet, even though that was not one of our requests. I proceeded to ask Patrick Montoya to just view the vehicle myself since he was not willing to give me his time of day. He stood up, walked over to the key kiosk to look for it and told me that the car was checked out (which I doubt he actually checked since he was already not willing to show me the car). Patrick Montoya added "Since your mother is not here I don't want to go see the car, it's just a waste of time". At this point I just wanted the official quote sheet that has all the payments laid out. When I asked for it he said "no, just take this" and handed me his sloppy handwritten calculations which were hard to follow. So I again asked him if he could please print out an official Audi quote sheet so that I would have a clear understanding of all the payments. He said ok fine, stood up, printed it out, and gave it to me. We said thank you, shook hands and left. I have never in my life experienced the worst customer service until now, I have never written a single review nor have I ever felt the need to complain till this point. More
