He honed into what we cared about, showed interest in our concerns and experiences, and talked to us about our price range without any unnecessary questions, We took a great test drive where he began to unfold all of the features of the car. He was polite, interested and went beyond our expectations for the time we took to take it all in. He was pleasant and accepting when we left to look at another brand of car to compare.
