I had most of my interaction with Rich, however Erika helped me with pricing very quickly via emai I had a great experience with both Erika and Rich. I told Rich I needed to be in and out, he saved the car I was interested in and expedited us to the front of the line with financing as it was a busy Sunday. We had to get back home (3 hours away) for the kids. Really did appreciate everything he did. So far I LOVE my new car! More
