It took several months before we were ready to make our decision. Patient and thoughtful, Rich equipped us with helpful knowledge along the way. We decided to lease and got a great deal! Kyle was extremely helpful in providing an overview of the new technology the car had to offer, which will make the first few weeks of settling in much easier. More

Rich told me more about the car than any other salesperson I had encountered. He did so with a sense of humor, which was refreshing at the end of a long day. I bought that car. I thought it was so cool that he loaded my stereo with some music while I was in with finance. What a nice touch. Marcus Robbins was efficient, personable and professional. Informative but not personable Walter walked up to me as I was looking at the used Audi's and the first words out of his mouth after I asked if I could test drive a car was "I'm sur Walter walked up to me as I was looking at the used Audi's and the first words out of his mouth after I asked if I could test drive a car was "I'm sure you would love to drive a 60 thousand dollar car but my time is really valuable...". I had a pleasant experience with other employees here but I wasn't impressed with his car-side manner. I hope me taking my business further north helps him learn some small lesson about not reading a book by his cover. More
