Max was always available via phone, sms, or email and we were able to negotiate nearly everything remotely. When the time came we arrived at the dealership and max had the various cars in front for us to look at and test drive. We made our decision, the prices had already been agreed to in advance, and we were leaving with our new car. At no point during the experience did we feel pushed or pressured to make a decision. It was clear that Max was most concerned with us being comfortable and working at our pace. An excellent experience and we'll be back to see Max when we're ready for our next Audi. More
