From our initial phone conversation when he stated he wanted to meet with me and my husband at a time that would “maximize our customer service experience” to his professionalism, knowledge of Audi brand, advice and recommendations, I truly felt he had our best interest in mind. We were given his undivided attention and utmost respect from the moment we walked into the dealership and Mr. Steven took a somewhat complicated situation and went above and beyond to help resolve it. We were also impressed with Mr. Marcus Robbins, as he was very professional, kept us up to date during the entire process and worked tirelessly to ensure we were given the best possible deal. Many hours later, after considering several options, my husband and I walked out with a beautiful, 2019 Q5! Please commend Daniel and Marcus for their outstanding customer service and for fulfilling the Audi of Charlotte Mission Statement. The Best Max was fantastic to work with... We had a very busy schedule and were unable to come in to the dealership with much frequency to look at and drive th Max was fantastic to work with... We had a very busy schedule and were unable to come in to the dealership with much frequency to look at and drive the various vehicles. Max was always available via phone, sms, or email and we were able to negotiate nearly everything remotely. When the time came we arrived at the dealership and max had the various cars in front for us to look at and test drive. We made our decision, the prices had already been agreed to in advance, and we were leaving with our new car. At no point during the experience did we feel pushed or pressured to make a decision. It was clear that Max was most concerned with us being comfortable and working at our pace. An excellent experience and we'll be back to see Max when we're ready for our next Audi. More
