Once I started test driving, Walter gave me so much helpful information about the cars. His enthusiasm is catchy! Again, he did not pressure me to make a decision and that gave me time to contemplate and ask friends for their input. Once the decision was made, he walked me through every step of the process with kind reassurance (very helpful as this was the first time I purchased a car on my own). He was patient when I brought a friend who asked the technical questions about horse power, torque, etc. I hope he doesn’t plan to retire anytime soon because I will buy an Audi only from Walter. I received a lot of emails from many different dealerships. I went to several dealerships that basically hounded me to see their cars and tried to push me into a cars I knew I didn’t want. Not with Audi Charlotte. My salesman Daniel Steven was great! We found a car in my price range. Then asked for information on the car. Daniel was right there just before closing to call me and set up an appointment for the next morning. Which turned out to be a blessing. Because over night the same car became very popular. But I was the first one to enquirer on the car and Daniel held the car for me to see first. Great Move!!! Because that same car is sitting in my driveway right now. He not only found “a car” within my budget but actually found me a perfect fit. It was everything I was looking for! My car at the time was in the shop that day and he even went out of his way to pick me up from work just so I could see the car and test drive it. The whole process was smooth and hassle free.
