I previously owned a Volvo XC 90, and was leaning towards buying another one, but also wanted to check out the Audi Q7 because the reviews were just as good. As my husband and I entered the dealership, Richard came over and introduced himself, he is very experienced and knows a lot about all cars, he made us very comfortable and let me test drive the car I was interested and gave me a couple of choices. I was thinking we would just do a quick test drive, but no Richard really wanted me to get the feel of the car by driving on the interstate, around town in traffic so I could see all the wonderful features it had to Offer.
