"Richard Gouhin of Audi far exceeded my expectations." Incredible experience at Audi Matthews. This was my first time looking at the Audi. I had a Mercedes to trade in and was torn between another Mercedes or the Audi Q5. Wil Vinson the general manager was first to greet me. He introduced me to Richard Gouhin, a senior brand specialist. He was a wealth of knowledge, knew everything about the Audi, was patient, never pushy and had a great sense of humor. I was introduced to the Audi family, from the service manager to the technical Ambassador. Customer service blew me away. The rest is history. I bought a new Audi Q5. Sleek, gorgeous and drives like no other luxury vehicle. No comparison to Mercedes. I love this car. Thank you Richard and everyone else at Audi who made this experience story worthy.
