My complaint has nothing to do with a start/stop feature and you guys know that. But everything to do with the transmission and the car completely shutting down on me with the transmission failing and me barely exiting off the highway safely and you all know that. Please do not make minor of that situation. I never discussed with you all about trading out the vehicle so I’m not sure where that’s coming from but I would like to get this rectified as soon as possible because of the pain and trauma that I am suffering behind this vehicle. If you’d like to discuss other reasonable options besides giving me back a small amount of money compared to what I put down, then I’d be more than happy to sit down and discuss all feasible and reasonable options.
