Irwin and CJ were both friendly, professional and attentive to my needs on this visit. I brought my car in as a follow-up (i.e., picking up and installing a defective cargo cover). Since the previous visit, my car developed two simultaneous flat tires. After that incident, my car had two brand new tires, one tire with 15,000 miles after a flat earlier this year, and the fourth with around 36,000 miles. Irwin had a technician check the tires to make sure it was okay to continue to drive on the two older tires, given that I also had two brand new tires. I felt confident leaving the dealership that I was okay to drive on four tires with such different tread wear patterns.Irwin even gave me something to read about the benefits of filling tires with nitrogen instead of just filling the tires with normal air. I have taken my 2006 audi a4 to audi of chlt for a few years now, and they continue to impress me with their workmanship, professionalism, and most of all, their honesty. Here are a couple examples. Right after my warranty went out, so did my power steering pulley, and pump. The pulley came off while i was driving. Kenny at Audi of chlt worked with Audi USA, and got me a new power steering pump/pulley, and new belts and hoses. He did this free of charge, based on the unusual circumstances, even though i was out of warranty. Also, not long ago i got new front brakes and rotors, and ever since the day they were put on they made a loud noise when going slow and turning slow especially. It was a very strange noise from the brakes/rotors, and would not go away. I went to Audi chlt a few times to see if we could remedy the problem. They tried a couple things, but in the end couldnt get the sound to go away, so Kenny decided to just swap out the rotors and brakes completely, so we did, and now my new brakes and rotors work great with no noise. Both these instances, all the service guys, including Ken, and Irwin, and the techs, John, and Kevin and others were very helpful, and diligent in fixing my problems. They do great work, and when a problem arises, they go over and above to fix it. They really care and want to earn your business. They have mine... More
