Coming to terms on my trade-in and pricing on the A4 was informative and stress-free - no game playing here! I also want to compliment Diane in Financing for working diligently to get me the best possible financing, making sure I knew from start to finish what my payment would be and what options were available to me. She sure is one smart cookie! She explained everything in terms I could understand, answered all of my questions, and even made me laugh when I started to stress over the whole financing process. Dealership is nice and Dan is great. We are picky buyers and he went out of his way to work with us on making the right new car decision. I have bought many cars and owned 4 Audi's. The appraisal performed on my potential trade-in was less than reputable ("fair" for a car that has no dents, scratches, dings, rust, tire issues and the interior performed on my potential trade-in was less than reputable ("fair" for a car that has no dents, scratches, dings, rust, tire issues and the interior is in perfect conditions) for the actual condition of the car. Also, I was told the value I found online for my car was not a trade value but a retail value. Being a single female, it was quite apparent what they were trying to pull over. I have gone to another dealership who has given me an accurate quote for my trade in car and didn't add on a $2,500 fee over and above the price on the car I was interested in buying during negotiation. A very sad representation of a great auto maker. In addition, the staff in the delearship were extremely unprofessional, yelling to each other across the area about a sporting game and various other issues. No class whatsoever. Nick was very professional and I don't have any real complaints about him individually. More
