BEWARE! This Dealer has practices that are very dishonest. We came to this dealer over an hour away from our house to purchase a 2022 Audi Q5 used vehicle This Dealer has practices that are very dishonest. We came to this dealer over an hour away from our house to purchase a 2022 Audi Q5 used vehicle that they had listed for a specific price. We ended up having to negotiate down a different price because of add ons they do not tell you about in the listing, which I refused to have them include. Yes, I recognize that up front they don't tell you about a $995 processing fee that is pure profit to them on top of the selling price and I knew that we would have to pay for that. But what I didn't pick up on until much later was that we added what they call Premium Plus Audi (Oil service maintenance plan) that was not the Audi Plan that is available across all dealerships, it is a plan that is only specific to their dealership. They absolutely did not mention this and I only found out after I took the vehicle to an Audi dealership that is a mile away from our home only to be told this was not the Audi program that they had sold me. Shame on me for buying the plan in the first place, but shame on them for not being upfront and clear about it, as we specifically discussed having this plan on our other vehicle that is good at all dealers. At the end of the day they wore us out as we were the last customers out the door at that dealer and we had been there for about 8 hours. We have excellent credit put a down payment that covered a third of the cost of the car. I've shared my experience, take my expensive lesson learned and be cautious if you go here. Look at and question everything this dealer tells you. More

When it was time to drive home, Reggie Dennis even helped connect my phone to Apple CarPlay and did one last walkaround to make sure the car was charged/fueled and detailed to perfection.
