Diana Amin, Director of Finance, was very professional, and I appreciate her making the transfer of funds and finalization of the deal painless and worry-free. Also, as I drove in from six hours away, I want to give a big thank you to Liam the valet (didn't catch his last name) who kindly accompanied me to Dulles to return my rental car. Even though he had to work a few minutes over in order to help me, he was such good company and in good spirits. Based on past transactions with other dealerships, I fully expected to be treated as a second-class customer because I was buying a used car. Joyfully, this was not in any way the case at Audi Chantilly! They treated me like a king... In fact, you would have thought I was buying an R8! Dealership is nice and Dan is great. We are picky buyers and he went out of his way to work with us on making the right new car decision. Matt is by far the best sales person my husband and I have ever dealt with!
