Their service prices are a little on the high side, but fair considering that it is an Audi. I never felt taken or over charged. Jose in the service department is great and works with me all the time to get me a good and fair price. My recent purchase of a 2018 A4 went very well. I had no intention of even buying a car. But, with end of the month deals,and what they were going to give me for my car, I couldn't pass it up. Mark Cooper and Peter LeComte were great. Since it was spur of the moment, my wife couldn't be there and I wanted her to be on the title. I purchased the car on a Saturday. The following Monday, Mark willingly met my wife near where she works in Resten to sign the final paperwork. Mark and the Dealership didn't have to do this. They went above and beyond to accomodate us. Since they were busy, and I had another appointment to get to, In had to come back to the Dealership to sign the final papers. Peter helped with that. He made sure that I was comfortable with the final price and the deal and hand me the keys to my new car. Both Mark and Peter were helpful, friendly, accommodating, and patient with me. I did have a small issue. There was a small ding on the drivers door which they fixed no visible damage. If you're looking to buy an Audi, I strongly recommend Audi Chantilly, they will give you a fair deal. More
Car given for service is damaged I had given my car to the service here..they made damage to my rear bumper and said it didn't happen there when I inquired. when I was talking about t I had given my car to the service here..they made damage to my rear bumper and said it didn't happen there when I inquired. when I was talking about the damage of one area which happened to the bumper they refer whole car and says it has scratches all over and this is one of them. The closest service center is Chantilly for me and I don't want to go back to them again. I will not consider buying an audi again for the same reason as they can damage and simply say it didn't happen here. I wouldn't recommend this service center. More
Bad Service Everyone knows Audis are great cars... But this dealership and their service department is really bad! Put a defective tire on my car... Took it to a real shop... They were shocked Audi let it out of their shop. Then when I called Audi to talk to the service rep (Brian Kennedy) I left a detailed message... No call back. And it developed a terrible exhaust leak. When I called Audi Chantilly Audi the service department told me that among other things or Virginia state inspection has been completed. The Virginia state inspection should inspect the exhaust. Exhaust is not rot out within 30 days. When I called Hector the sales manager, he basically told me the car was in myProblem now. He said I could bring it in but it would cost me the service repair. I wish that I could post a sound clip of the car. No one would want to service their cars there. I’m not saying another Audi dealership would be better. I’m just saying don’t go to this one. More

Refused to Service our 2015 AUDI A3 AUDI Roadside Assistance sent our 2015 A3 to Chantilly Audi from Martinsburg WV after it encountered an electronic malfunction today leaving me strand AUDI Roadside Assistance sent our 2015 A3 to Chantilly Audi from Martinsburg WV after it encountered an electronic malfunction today leaving me stranded while stopping for gas of I-81. The vehicle has lost steering capability amongst other electronic malfunctions and is non driveable. I arrived at 6:15pm to Audi Chantilly Repair and they would not check in my car, saying it would be days and days before they would get to the repair AND further stating it needed to go back to the Audi dealer in Virginia Beach. They parked the vehicle (with me in it) on the side street, closed their shop and left (closing time 7pm). To think that it was towed 60 miles to this dealership by official Audi Roadside Assistance to be parked on a side street and refused service is unbelievable. No offer of Roadside Assistance for a vehicle still under warranty when I let them know I was five hours from home? No help with next steps! How do folks like this stay in business? Please know this is not at all the Audi culture. On a positive note, Audi Roadside Assistance came for me and the car, and we are headed to Virginia Beach. Just six hours after the car malfunctioned and a dealership let me down, I am headed home. Prior to posting the review, a field was flagged requiring prior to posting the reviewer to identify employee names. None of these employees gave their names, and not one ever introduced himself. I had interaction with two of the three of them, so one of the three wasn’t a part of the bad experience but can’t say which one. Audi is a great company with a protection plan, warranty, and Roadside Assistance second to none. Buy an Audi. You’ll love it. Just don’t buy it here. More

I initially contacted Mark because of the numerous great reviews about him on this website. Mark did not disappoint. He reviewed the key S4 features with me and we test drove the vehicle. Mark explained the technology in sufficient detail and made sure I was comfortable with its operation. He masterfully worked a great deal for me and helped me complete the paperwork processing in record time. I want to also thank Peter LeComte for completing the work after I was finished with the financial documents. Peter stayed with me late into the evening to ensure my car was set up and operating to my satisfaction before I left the dealership. In every instance, both Mark and Peter displayed the utmost professionalism, courtesy, and patience. These traits are hallmarks of the very best. I am honored to know these two professionals. Time is everything these days! There are no paper towels in the bathroom! By far the worst Audi experience of my lifetime! More

Yas has be a great help. -- 7/19/2017 Yas Agaibey was incredible helpful and made the entire process of purchase my vehicle incredible smooth. Yas was very helpful and was very knowledgeable and passionate but the vehicle and what services I would need. If you are going to be buying from this great dealership work with Yas because he will make it a smooth process. I was able to buy the exact car I wanted and received a great deal from the Audi team at Chantilly. The service was excellent from the entire team there but in particular Yas was a great help. More
