He took a lot of his time explaining me the technology, new features, showed me different models of Q5’s, took me for test drives and gave me a great offer. The car was delivered in perfect condition and we are very pleased with our choice of a 2018 SQ5. Our salesman’s name was Mark Cooper. We first met Mark 3 years ago when we were shopping for our last car. Although we did not purchase an Audi then, we remembered Mark as being very helpful, personable and not pushy as so many car salesmen are. Mark remembered us, gave us ample time to test drive a number of different cars. He promptly answered all of our phone calls, emails, and was always available to meet with us. Once we decided on what we wanted, he went out of his way to find the perfect car for us. He went to bat for us with his manager to ensure that we got the best deal possible and the financing that we wanted. We believe that we got a very good deal on our lease, and both the management and finance manager were very cooperative. When the car was delivered, Mark took his time to teach us about all of the various options and features. A week later, Mark called us to be sure that everything was okay, and we went in for a follow-up appointment to learn more about the various safety and driver assistance features in the car. Our car has not yet needed any servicing, but I have been told that the service department is very competent. More
