Excellent New Car Buying Experience My new car buying experience at Audi Chantilly was excellent. I have bought many luxury cars over the years (too many years!) and this experience was My new car buying experience at Audi Chantilly was excellent. I have bought many luxury cars over the years (too many years!) and this experience was a good as it gets. Specific kudos go to Mark Cooper. He is a gentleman. His product knowledge and patience were outstanding and his overall demeanor quite admirable. Mark’s was very responsive to email correspondence and kept the two appointments that I made with him. He was fair and reasonable in price negotiations. I particularly appreciated his candor with regard to the prices that were and were not possible on the various model and model year cars we discussed. I need to stress his patience again. While I am polite, I am a difficult customer. I ask a lot of questions. I have specific wants and expectations. I have a broad interest in cars and thus want to examine a number of different models. I am also very indecisive in making a final decision on which car (and in this case model year) I want. All in all, Mark spent about 7 hours over two different visits with me discussing and driving a number of different vehicles. Mark tolerated this quite well, never deviating from his calm, soft spoken and polite persona. The contract documentation process went smoothly and as quickly as one can expect it to be done. Add on suggestions, all of which I turned down except for an extended Audi warranty, were low pressure. Delivery of the vehicle I bought went well. The car was available when promised. As an owner of a prior model year of the same vehicle, Mark took the time to go over only the things that had changed in the new vehicle as compared to my old one. When I noticed that the vehicle did not come with locking lug nuts, I purchased them separately from the Parts Dept. Mark kindly arranged for a service technician to install them for me while I waited. This was going above and beyond for customer satisfaction, and greatly appreciated. More

Enquired about its availablity My experience at Audi Chantilly was terrific. Perusing vehicles online and saw a used one I was interested in online. Enquired about its availablity and got immediate responses from two sales associates. Made an appointment to test drive. Evening before test drive, received email to say vehicle was still available. Upon arrival at dealership, vehicle was sitting outside in front of the showroom (anticipating my test drive!). The dealership is large, expansive and immaculately kept. My sales associate, Mamta, was exemplary. She assured all my needs were met while test driving, getting information about the vehicle, discussing price, final sale and paperwork/documents to be completed. Drove home that evening in an exceptionally clean & well-maintained used Audi A5 Cabriolet. Even gift-boxed spare key and extra key ring...very classy touch! More
