Well done Audi of Chantilly and Mark Cooper! Maybe it's because my wife and I just purchased our third Audi (a 2020 Q3) from Audi of Chantilly, but we have received only highly professional sales Maybe it's because my wife and I just purchased our third Audi (a 2020 Q3) from Audi of Chantilly, but we have received only highly professional sales and service support. Mark Cooper has been our salesperson for our last two purchases and he has come through for us each time. We got the style we wanted, the color we wanted as well as the options we were both looking for. As a side, the service department is also quite good though I haven't had to visit there much. If there is one negative thing I will say, it is not about Mark Cooper or the dealership, it's about Audi as a company. In my purchase two years ago of a 2018 Q7 Prestige and my earlier purchase in 2013 of an A6 Prestige, both new, they both came with SUMMER TIRES!!! Can you believe it? Audi, that prides itself in its quattro drive and handling in the snow, why the heck would they place SUMMER TIRES on these vehicles when the very first thing you have to do once winter hits and the snow begins to fall is to purchase a brand new set of either snow tires or all-season tires. I don't believe the company reps had their thinking caps on when they did that. I would call it just plain dumb. Once again though, my service was very very good with Mark Cooper as my sales rep. As this would be our first electric vehicle, we wanted to d My wife and I worked with Mark Cooper over several months to purchase our new Audi e-tron. As this would be our first electric vehicle, we wanted to do our research to make sure the switch from an internal combustion engine to an all-electric vehicle was the right choice for our family. Mark was more than willing to accommodate us as we worked through this decision; he was completely patient, understanding, and extremely helpful – taking the time to meet several times in person, fielding numerous phone calls and emails, and scheduling multiple test drives. We appreciated Mark’s knowledge and familiarity with the e-tron, a relatively new Audi product, and we felt confident we were being informed in an honest and transparent manner. We could not be more pleased with our purchase! All in all, we would not hesitate to recommend Audi Chantilly, and Mark Cooper specifically, to anyone in the market for a new vehicle. And if the e-tron is on your potential shopping list, we’d especially recommend that you seek out Mark. Selling a clearly badly damaged M4 as clean Went to Audi dealer to view a S5 to compare with a desire for a BMW M series car. When I got to the dealership I found they had a M4. So I took a look at the car. A sales person "Amir" come to me and he asked me if I was interested in taking it for a drive I told him I am really here to view a S5. He informed me he had none but I could drive the M4. So I said yes. He took my license and went away. While he was gone I checked over the car. Noticed it was odd that the drivers side has some stone guard but the passenger side had none. I angled the passenger side in the sun and found what looks like body filler in the door and orange peel effect paint over the repair area leading to the rear fender and gobs of body filler on the inside of the passenger rear wheel arch. I pointed this out to the sales person and he said its clean no accidents. So took the car for a drive. Knew my next car had to be an M4. Got back priced up the front bumper would cost in excess of 1200 to repair. The tires installed are incorrect. But was rebuked that they are indeed correct tire um ok. And they insist the car has not been repaired! Very bad. If this is the example of product they represent on the site I choose not to return and to find a more fitting car else where. Amir on the other hand called me several times later offering me $250 off the sticker price. More

Tesla wrong odometer I purchased a used Tesla with 23,004 miles on 10/14/2019 from Audi Chantilly. I and my co-applicant spend whole the evening waiting to run our credit I purchased a used Tesla with 23,004 miles on 10/14/2019 from Audi Chantilly. I and my co-applicant spend whole the evening waiting to run our credit score. We got approved and bought the car for 69,899. Five days later, the car was delivered to me. First, they gave me only one key, whereas they had told me that the car has two keys. Next, the battery was about to die. Finally, when I was trying to reset the car and put my information into the system, I noticed that the vehicle has 34,198 miles on it!!!! I checked all the papers that I signed during the deal. I was right; they changed the sitting, reduced the millage to 23,004, and sold it to me! The next day I reach them out. Explained the situation and asked them nicely what to do! First, they only offered me 500$ reduction and would not return the car, which I absolutely was not going to accept this. Because Tesla is a luxury car and 11,000 more mileage is making a lot of differences in price. I threatened to bring the case to the court, so they changed their stance gave me two options: Return the car or 2,000$ reduction. After all the time that I wasted and the worst experience that I have ever had, I had to return the vehicle yesterday, 10/19/2019. Today 10/20/2019, when I am writing this review, they list the same Tesla with 22,999 miles. Again!! I don’t know why they are doing this; maybe they want to bring costumer traffic to their store. Don’t recommend them for a used car. More
