She immediately assisted me as soon as I arrived the next day even though she was also assisting another customer. I was able to go outside and spend as much time as I needed looking the car over. Once I decided to purchase, Mamta made the paperwork process smooth and even went to management twice on my behalf to ask them to work with me on the price.....and they did. She answered all of my questions and was very efficient, courteous and professional. The sales manager is very accommodating and easy to approach. This is my second vehicle purchase at Audi Chantilly and I will be going back in the future. No sleezy used car salesman feel at this dealership. AUDI Chantilly Above them ALL!!!! I had my heart set on purchasing an Audi Q5. I went to Carmax before coming to Audi Chantilly. Although the lady I dealt with at Carmax was nice and w I had my heart set on purchasing an Audi Q5. I went to Carmax before coming to Audi Chantilly. Although the lady I dealt with at Carmax was nice and wanted to be helpful, the reality was that she wasn't. Carmax deals in many cars and are not honed in to the features of specific cars in my case the Audi Q5. Once I was dealing with Eric it was all too clear. Eric is in concise words.....simply brilliant! He understands the Audi brands through and through and able of providing you with options and price points that makes sense. He is there with you every step of the way.....extremely proactive. When I was indecisive he exhibited patience.
