That latter characteristic is rare among other car sales people with whom I’ve dealt. On the whole, in addition to Mamta, this entire dealership is very well run. There is no immediately-in-your-face pressure from the sales staff; you actually have a chance to browse, ask questions, test drive, and decide. After the sale, customers are not forgotten, but remain customers and get the same friendly professional treatment. Five Stars all around. More
RACISTS I had gone in today as a visibly muslim brown woman and not a single person would make eye contact me or take the time to greet me. The service department is poorly run. I took my car in for the 10k service. The very next day the tire warning light came on. I had driven the car less than 15 miles and there was no dras I took my car in for the 10k service. The very next day the tire warning light came on. I had driven the car less than 15 miles and there was no drastic fluctuation in weather. The service advisor, Jonathan Gadsen, asked if I had added air to the tires as they had to reduce the air in the tires. Why would I add air to my tires when I had you service my car the day before? Jonathan attempted to mansplain tire pressure. He clearly doesn’t think women know how to maintain cars. Does this advisor and/or dealership expect me to pay for service only to have to finish up the service myself? Do they not realize women can know how to maintain their cars? I noticed today that one of the valve stem caps is missing. If this is the level of service I can expect owning an Audi, I won't be buying another one. More
I spoke to the dealership multiple times, requesting specific details, since we were 2.5 hours away. Tell me any dings, dents, condition of the convertible top. When we get there, the roof liner was completely separated from the soft top. They weren't willing to do anything for it, so we left empty-handed. I will not give them my business. More
