Manager was rude and avoided speaking directly with me. • Vehicle Quality: Very bad. Within 2 weeks of purchase, I had major oil level issues, requiring me to add oil every few days. They clearly never inspected the car properly. • After-Sale Service: Nonexistent. They refused to provide a complimentary check and wanted me to pay for repairs. • Paperwork/Tags: Completely unprofessional. My title and tags were never processed, and my temporary tag expired after a month. Only then did they suddenly ask for documents they should have requested at the time of sale. ⚠️ Recommendation: Do not buy here. They hide information, refuse accountability, and leave you with unresolved issues after taking your money. More

Chantilly Audi gave us a top notch experience. Our sales consultant Kathy Bonilla was simply awesome. I messaged to check on the availability of a A3 I had seen listed. Then checked inventory and got right back to me with the availability. We made an appointment for the following day. We live about an hour and a half away. But when we arrived our soon to be new car was waiting right by the front door. After a quick but very informative tour of the car we took a test drive. The car was perfect. So Kathy started all the paperwork. But that was also very efficient. While we were completing the paper work the car was being detailed to a high level. And a paint protective coat was being applied. As all that was going on we made our way into Grace Mendoza’s office to complete the financial part of the purchase. Also very efficient. I no time we were outside having a few pix taken with our beautiful Audi A3. Then my wife got in and Kathy helped her get acquainted with all the features she would enjoy on her drive home. Over my many years of vehicle buying I would defiantly put our Chantilly Audi experience at the top of he list. They reached out the next day to check if we had any questions or issues. And I’ve heard from Kathy another time or two also. I highly recommend Audi Chantilly. They were no doubt worth the trip from Pennsylvania. More
