I purchased a Certified Pre-Owned 2019 Audi Q8 from Audi Chantilly, and I am extremely disappointed with the lack of transparency and misrepresentation of the vehicle's history. When I initially purchased the car, I was presented with a clean CARFAX report, indicating no accidents. However, after the sale, I later discovered that the vehicle had been involved in a minor accident prior to my purchase — something that was not disclosed to me at the time. What makes this situation even more concerning is that the vehicle was previously leased by an Audi Chantilly employee who reported the minor accident. This raises serious questions about the dealership’s commitment to full transparency, especially when it comes to a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle. Not only was the vehicle’s history not fully disclosed, but when I brought this up to the dealership, they refused to acknowledge the issue and dismissed the significance of the accident, stating that it wouldn’t impact the vehicle's value. It’s extremely frustrating to feel misled, especially when purchasing a Certified Pre-Owned Audi, which I trusted to have undergone rigorous inspection and disclosure. I strongly urge anyone considering a purchase at Audi Chantilly to thoroughly investigate the vehicle’s history, as they may not be forthcoming about important details. Buyer beware. More

I have to say, Grace went above and beyond to meet my needs, I am extremely grateful that I choose this particular location. The vibes when you walk in the door are simply genuine and professional.
