Screeeeeeeeeech! Brought my car into service for maintenance and tire rotation. My A6 is less than a year old and is in perfect condition. After picking my car up an Brought my car into service for maintenance and tire rotation. My A6 is less than a year old and is in perfect condition. After picking my car up and on the drive home, the low tire indicator light went on. They never balanced my tires after rotating them. So, I had to go get air for tires. Worse than this and the biggest issue with this service is that my tires SCREECH like a train pulling into the station. I brought my car back to get the screeching resolved and now my car sounds like two trains pulling into the station. I was told there is going to be a recall about this issue and I should wait for it. I have tried to contact the service department repeatedly. The person I need to speak won't come to phone and won't call me back. I called Audi corporate and they said that there's no recall and it's a dealer issue, stating the dealer is able amd should to resolve it. Your service is substandard. Oh, and I got my car back with 6 more miles than I brought it in with. I was told they had to test the brakes. Really????? 6 miles and you didn't hear the brakes SCREEEEEEEECH! BS! More

He took us on a great test drive designed to mimic all the road conditions we would normally encounter living in New York. The guy really knew his stuff. When we arrived at the dealership ready to discuss numbers he introduced me to Mike, a finance manager. We discussed our options and it was a totally pressure-less experience.
