Kervens was very helpful. I brought my car in for service without an appointment and he fit me into the schedule and then made sure I was taken care of. My car was towed from under the Bourne Bridge where a cluster of four poorly guarded manholes in the same lane gave me and nearly a dozen other people a broken wheel and two flats. From the time it was off of the flatbed until I picked it up Luis had answers about the status of the car, what to expect insurance-wise and transportation alternatives while I was without the car. He was available whenever I called and when I stopped unannounced he knew my name and had my paperwork at his fingertips. He is a real people person and works in a pretty competent service department. No complaints and I will return there for service. More
