The employees of Audi Brookline went above and beyond to make my car buying experience legendary. Traveling from out of state, I was nervous about the different requirements that may exist, etc. when purcha make my car buying experience legendary. Traveling from out of state, I was nervous about the different requirements that may exist, etc. when purchasing a new car in Massachusetts - not to mention the logistics/ coordination of making time to test drive the vehicle, complete paperwork, and more. BUT this team made my purchase seamless! Cathy, Kayla, and Stephanie (along with several other staff) were courteous, transparent and ACCOMMODATING!! On top of all of this, they ensured that my car didn’t leave the lot without having passed all of standard safety checks/ inspections that would make my commute home PERFECT. Can’t thank this group enough for the exceptional service - they all deserve a raise!! Will absolutely be back to buy more vehicles and the future and would recommend them as 10 out of 10 for anyone who’s interested in buying!! More
