This dealership is very client oriented. I am able to get my car into service in a reasonable time. They are very attentive to my comfort while I wait for work to be done. The staff was welcoming and professional. Everyone was courteous. The dealership is located in the city just outside Boston, so test driving is limited with no open highway nearby. Audi has a known defect in its 2. 0 T engine for excessive oil consumption. It has been the subject of previous recalls and class action law suits. Neither Audi of America nor the deal 0 T engine for excessive oil consumption. It has been the subject of previous recalls and class action law suits. Neither Audi of America nor the dealership, Herb Chambers, Audi of Brookline will stand by its customer and provide relief. My 2015 Audi A6 with 87,000 miles is consuming over 1.4 quarts of oil every thousand miles and the dealer said it needs to be replaced at a cost of $15,000, Buyer beware. More
