Was dealing with them trying to buy a new car, things were going ok, response times kind of slow, then they tried to low-ball me on the offer for my car by about $6k. They asked me to get confirmation from another dealership for what I was asking, so I did, and they actually lowered what they were offering me. I tried to go back to them, showed them a Carfax offer for my car, asked them to match it. And then I'm a text they responded in all caps for some reason saying "respectfully" then yelled at me for not understanding how things worked. Maybe learn what customer service means, and how to evaluate the price of used cars. Seeing as that's your business, I would expect you could do that, but I guess that's asking too much More

Damaged right side tires on car and had to have it towed to Audi Brookline after hours. Was immediately contacted the next day by Bill K who was excellent in assisting with getting the vehicle repaired. Bil to Audi Brookline after hours. Was immediately contacted the next day by Bill K who was excellent in assisting with getting the vehicle repaired. Bill communicated very clearly and effectively and expedited the entire process.
