Just brought my 2022 SQ8 in for its 20k service this past week. As I've experienced in my past service visits for my car and my wife's, the team at Audi Brookline (in particular Aramayis) knocked the service week. I was ghosted by this dealership. Amanda took my call and and was very pleasant. She asked me to send information. I sent it, and she acknowledged receiving it.
