Never received any service after they had my car for 4 days. There was a very obvious banging sound in the back drivers side wheel that they somehow “could not hear” and had me come in to test drive my ca days. There was a very obvious banging sound in the back drivers side wheel that they somehow “could not hear” and had me come in to test drive my car with them. After waiting there for 30 minutes (during my finals week period) they told me that the guy who was supposed to test drive the car with me had somehow already gone on another test drive (even though he was not there 30 minutes before). I left with my car and no service done. Awful experience More
