Tyler the manager there is about as unprofessional as it gets. They tried to offer me about 7 grand less than my car was worth and yell at me and say I was passing up a great offer. He got heated on the phone because I was trying to have a conversation based on facts, and all he wanted to do was give me opinions and could not back one thing he said up. He almost even swore at me out of frustration but luckily caught himself, it was pretty funny. What a joke. I had multiple dealerships offer me way more, I gave them multiple comps of similar cars for sale and proved the value, and they wouldn't give me one reason they wouldn't come up in value on my car. They offered me $35k when kbb has it worth between $40k and $44k and told me it was a good offer. Work with a dealership who values the customer's time and their vehicle, not one that wants to try and scam you out of your car. No complaints on Manny the sales rep. They also said they charge a $550 delivery fee to deliver a car to NH, $550!!! Highway robbery for 2-3 hours worth of work. I have bought 5 cars in Mass and never once have I been charged a penny for a "Delivery Fee" let alone $150-$200/hour for some guy making $25 an hour to deliver the car to NH as the law states. Just one more example of how shady this place is More
