Beware of hidden charges. My wife and I traveled 6 hours to this dealership to buy a car we found online. Upon arrival we found a salesman that was happy to show us the car. W My wife and I traveled 6 hours to this dealership to buy a car we found online. Upon arrival we found a salesman that was happy to show us the car. We were not happy to find it was full of door dings so we looked at some other cars. Found one we liked and told them what we wanted to pay per month they managed to come close verbally. Once we sat down to sign paperwork the price per month kept growing. Also the amount they offered on my trade was ridiculous but we went ahead with the deal anyway. By the time we were done our payment was$ 100 more per month than expected. We did like the car but was frustrated with the payment. We started back home after an hour of driving, we get a call from dealership and they told me that they didn't include the taxes for the state we live in. So now I have to shell out another $2500 for taxes. To top it all off, I get home and go to transfer license plates from our trade in The DMV tells me they didn't send me the proper paperwork. That was 7 weeks ago. After several hours spent trying to fix this screw up we still dont have anything fixed and the third temp tag is about to expire at the end of this month. Very displeased with the management, and Audi corporate office. They got their money so now they dont care. More

Not a pleasant experience. Few issues with purchase of a used car from out of state. Agreed on a price in writing but the purchase order has higher price. They were going to correct it, but later the sales manager said they can't, because 10 people at the dealership want the same car (really!!). Ended up paying full asking price off course with an exorbitant $489 doc fees. Asked the sales person to accurately describe the car with photos since it was a long distance purchase, but when received the car there were few extra big paint chips on the edger of both doors, as well as evidence of previous body work on the driver door. Also missing emblems on the hatch. There were also multiple scuff marks on the front and back of the car - but it's probably normal on a used car. Sent pictures and questions to both the salesperson and the sales manager, neither responded via email or text. Complete silence - guess communication is only till the sale is made. More

Before I picked up my lexus she noticed the glove box latch was sticking. Took it to service and had them replace. This delayed me getting my car for a day. She offered to drive my car to me.
