My husband and I came into the dealership to look at a used car. The sales person was so rude we left. We were there to test drive a car. We walked up looked at the car and the sales person jumps into the used car. The sales person was so rude we left. We were there to test drive a car. The Sales associate that approached me did not believe that I was interested in purchasing one of the sports cars. He said that before I could test drive a car he would need to run my credit. I left and went to a different luxury car dealership and bought one of their cars. This is very disgusting behavior. By this logic any customer wanting to test drive a car over $55,000 needs to have a credit check ran. More
Bad service department ruins good car. Car was giving multiple warnings so took my Audi Q5 in to Audi Birmingham. They recommended replacing timing chain and CV boot. After holding my veh Car was giving multiple warnings so took my Audi Q5 in to Audi Birmingham. They recommended replacing timing chain and CV boot. After holding my vehicle hostage for two weeks (couldn't get anybody from the service department to answer the phone so finally had to go through sales department and chat line to get someone to talk to me), I finally get my vehicle back. $1,500 dollars later, still getting warning lights. In addition, when I left my Q5 with them the AC was working perfectly. Their own inspection report said AC was good. However when I pick up the Q5 and head for home the AC blower isn't working. I take it back and of course it wasn't their fault so I pay another $500 to get that fixed. Before I get it home from that repair the air starts blowing hot. Refusing to deal with Audi of Birmingham anymore I take Q5 to another shop and now having to pay approximately $1,300 dollars for new compressor. Thanks Audi of Birmingham. Your service department has convinced me that I don't need to buy another Audi until I can find a decent Audi dealership. More

I paid top dollar for a used vehicle that I have had to pay thousands of dollars, within a few weeks of purchasing, on overdue maintenance and repairs. - The kind of thing I would have expected had I purchased the car from a small car lot. It has been MONTHS and I have still not received a call or notification that the tire came in. A few days ago I called to have my oil changed, because I did not know that Audis cannot be taken anywhere other than the dealer to have an oil change. They told me it would be two weeks before they could get my car in for service. We called the Farmington location and they were immediately able to accommodate us. I have no idea what is going on at the Birmingham location, but I will never buy a vehicle from them or deal with them again. More
Have bought 7 New Audis, 1 used - always great service Steve Colter is the best salesman: no pressure and can find what you want. He tells us when to wait for the next model year. We've worked exclusively with him since 2004 (for 6 of our 8 Audis). Valerie in service makes herself easy to contact and very sweet to work with; work is always completed entirely. More

W My wife and I traveled 6 hours to this dealership to buy a car we found online. Upon arrival we found a salesman that was happy to show us the car. We were not happy to find it was full of door dings so we looked at some other cars. Found one we liked and told them what we wanted to pay per month they managed to come close verbally. Once we sat down to sign paperwork the price per month kept growing. Also the amount they offered on my trade was ridiculous but we went ahead with the deal anyway. By the time we were done our payment was$ 100 more per month than expected. We did like the car but was frustrated with the payment. We started back home after an hour of driving, we get a call from dealership and they told me that they didn't include the taxes for the state we live in. So now I have to shell out another $2500 for taxes. To top it all off, I get home and go to transfer license plates from our trade in The DMV tells me they didn't send me the proper paperwork. That was 7 weeks ago. After several hours spent trying to fix this screw up we still dont have anything fixed and the third temp tag is about to expire at the end of this month. Very displeased with the management, and Audi corporate office. They got their money so now they dont care. More
