When we made the decision to lease another Audi, Edwin Tekmar assisted us in a way that made us feel like he was there to make this transaction terminate in a positive way for us. He was exceptionally anxious to please and made it clear that no questions were off limits for him to answer. Finally, when it came time to sign the papers and deal with the financial end of things, Nick Naish, the financial manager didn't disappoint. Just as the other two made us feel well taken care of, Mr. Naish also explained everything to us in a concise and understandable manner. Because of his expertise in the area of mechanics, he was also able to give us much helpful information about our new car.
