I randomly stop by the Woodland Hills dealership on Sat. to get some information and ended up staying there for 4 hours. Even the coffee (from a Starbucks self-service machine) tasted excellent. Yes, his objective was to sell a car, but he also appeared to sincerely try to make sure the customer was happy and comfortabl fair and trustworthy. Yes, I spent a good amount of time at the dealership but a lot of that time was searching the database for a car that was to my liking. The dealership was spacious, comfortable and clean. The employees were friendly and attentive but not suffocating. For the most part, the dealership allowed Pano to do his thing and take care of his customers. There were instances of the old 'let me talk to my manager' but it usually didn't feel like they were playing a game. In the end, I bought a car and I truly felt like I got a fair price. Obviously one should come prepared and ask questions. The dealership won't give a car away, nor do they pretend to, but they will honestly work with you rather than against you. Ask for Pano! More
