Michael Tesh was very helpful and patient throughout the entire process. We had been communicating for months on finding the right car. However, he didn't know much about the Audi MMI and how to use it. Also, I bought the car in September and I still haven't received the backup camera chip. He hasn't kept in touch or communicated with me about the timeframe or status; I have to constantly keep calling and emailing back. It seems that they are great when you want to buy a car, but the communications break down once you've done so. The Service department also doesn't seem too knowledgeable. I asked them a few simple questions and they couldn't answer them without requesting that the car come in. More
