I called and set up an appointment to test drive the car. When I arrived, Patrick met me in the lot and had the car waiting for me to drive. He took the keys to my trade in and we test drove the vehicle I was interested in. We talked terms and in an hour and a half I was driving home that new vehicle. The amazing part: it was 6:00pm on a Thursday evening. Patrick also sold three other vehicles while taking care of us. He never missed a beat with any of his customers he was taking care of. Never have I ever felt so relaxed and not pressured at a dealership. I have been telling everyone about our experience and no one has ever had this kind of service. Top notch in my opinion. More

I drove it over the weekend & realized it wasn't the car for me. I called to see about a different vehicle (based on the 5 day return policy). I went in & Parick has a Kia Sportage waiting for me to test drive. I loved it. We traded vehicles & drove the Kia home the same night. Great experience from start to finish!! I found a car I was interested in online and scheduled a test drive. Patrick contacted me prior to my visit and answered all my questions over the phone. Once I arrived to the dealership, they had the car sitting out front and was all ready to go. Patrick was very welcoming and helpful. It was obvious that he cared I had a good experience, regardless if I bought the car. I didn’t feel pressured at all. Long story short(ish).. I test drove the car, loved it, and drove it home that day with new plates. I was able to leave my old car there and picked it up at my convenience.
