Best Car-Buying Experience Ever! Expecting to visit several different lots, and certainly not expecting to make a purchase the same day, we started our search for a used car at Auctio Expecting to visit several different lots, and certainly not expecting to make a purchase the same day, we started our search for a used car at Auction Direct USA early Saturday afternoon. We perused the available inventory (which was extensive) and had decided on two possibilities - all without being hassled by a salesman! Upon entering the dealership, we were introduced to Todd McCandless. He quickly explained the company's business/sales philosophy, then grabbed the keys so that we could test drive the Kia. We were so pleased with the vehicle, we didn't even take the second vehicle out for a test drive . . . signed on the dotted line (well, many dotted lines!) that same afternoon. Todd was wonderful to work with . . . patient, knowledgeable, not at all pushy, great sense of humor, and thoroughly explained all options, without pressuring us into making decisions. This was, by far, the least stressful car-buying experience we've had. Many thanks, Todd! More

Great Experience From Start to Finish From the very beginning of my visit to auction direct, she made me feel at ease and made me feel like she genuinely wanted to get me in a car that I l From the very beginning of my visit to auction direct, she made me feel at ease and made me feel like she genuinely wanted to get me in a car that I loved, not just into any car to get me out of there. During the test drive, it wasn’t awkward, she makes conversation easily and can joke around to make the experience more fun. Every question I had was answered and she made the whole process go smoothly and quickly because she really knew what she was doing. When I decided to bring back the vehicle I had purchased and get a different one in its place (I just didn’t love it as much as I thought...nothing to do with her at all) she was patient with me, and again gave me amazing service throughout the process of switching everything over, re test driving, etc. Overall, exceptional customer service, and a really good experience doing something that is typically kind of a pain. If you’re looking for a new car and want to genuinely enjoy the process, have all of your questions answered, and not get that pushy sales-person vibe at any point along the way, request her! More
